Barack Obama says that his low rating is a reflection of public dissatisfaction with the Congress.

Obama said in an interview with CBS on Saturday that if people are not satisfied with Washington, it affects him, as well as the Congress.

He says he understands that the situation would be worse if he had not taken certain actions that did not resonate with millions of unemployed.

Recent opinion polls show that Obama’s rating on its efforts to reduce unemployment remains at around 40 percent, the lowest figure during Obama’s presidency.
